DAFA has been a pioneer in sealing solutions for construction since it was founded in 1939. This means we can offer comprehensive expert advice, backed by decades of proven experience in effectively sealing the building envelope.

From testing and validation of new products to seminars on installation, we offer a wide range of expertise in relation to sealing the building envelope.

Our system solutions have been developed in close cooperation with professionals from the construction industry – from tradesmen to architects. This means we have in-depth knowledge of the everyday challenges and problems that the construction industry has to deal with.

DAFA ensures air quality in line with German standards

DAFA is one of just a few companies in Denmark that has experts trained in the VDI 6022 requirements. These requirements set strict guidelines for materials used in HVAC systems.

Our internal test center and thorough validation set high quality standards

We test and validate all our products and solutions in our own climate center, ensuring a high and consistent level of quality.

The test center is run by experts, who use PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and SPC (Statistical Process Control) to monitor the production process.

Contract gasketing – experience an effective sealing partnership

DAFA specializes in sealing using the FIPFG (Form In Place Foam Gasket) method, where liquid PUR is applied to the component and then expands to form the desired gasket. The solution is characterized by precision, high repetition speed and strong durability.

Our experts have extensive experience in advising customers on optimal FIPFG solutions. They manage the process of finding the perfect mix of materials and technologies. Under contract gasketing, we receive the customer’s components and apply the gasket automatically – saving time and money compared to manual installation.
