Polyethylene foam is a flexible PE cell plastic product with closed, cross-linked cells.

• Supplied extruded as rolls in widths of 1-1.5 meters and lengths of up to 200 meters
• The material has a smooth surface and small, homogeneous,s closed cells
• The product is UV resistant
  Polyethylene foam is available in densities from 25-33 kg/m3
• Primarily available in white and anthracite. Special colors are available on request

Also available with a PUR or aluminum film and with antistatic and conductive/insulating properties.

Applications

• Thermal insulation
• Exterior applications for sealing, support, filling, etc.
• Seals and gaskets for applications with no considerable mechanical or constant loads
• Packaging solutions
• Underlay for parquet floors, seals for pill bottle lids, etc.
• The material is chemically neutral, non-toxic, and odorless
• Available in a fire-resistant type FR, depending on type.
