DAFA counter-batten sealing tape

DAFA counter-batten tape is part of the DAFA AirVent System and is ideal for roofing membranes and wind barriers.

DAFA counter-batten tape under counter battens is used to seal contact areas between the roofing membrane, the counter batten and the rafter framing in nail or staple punctures.

The tape eliminates unevenness between the counter batten, the membrane and the rafter. It prevents water ingress into thermal insulation. It is resistant to weather conditions.

DAFA counter-batten tape can be used on most building materials, metals and both flexible and hard plastics.

Material

DAFA counter-batten tape is a double-sided highly adhesive butyl tape reinforced with polyester mesh.
