DAFA RooFoil 150 is used in roofing applications as a self-supporting material, in both ventilated and unventilated roof structures at gradients of more than 15˚. DAFA RooFoil 150 can also be used as a wind barrier in ventilated, lightweight outer wall cladding. The foil may only be used behind cladding that blocks all UV light.
DAFA RooFoil 150 is a 3-layer membrane made from a combination of PP fabric and foil with high tear strength. The membrane is vapor-permeable with an Sd value of approx. 0.015 m. The Sd value must be multiplied by a factor of approx. 5.7 to obtain the Z value. DAFA RooFoil 150 has a blue surface with dotted lines on both sides to mark the overlap.
DAFA RooFoil 150 is included in the Nordic Ecolabellings database of construction products that can be used in Swan-labelled buildings.
