DAFA WindFoil 95 wind barrier is a 3-layer vapor-permeable membrane used in lightweight outer wall structures.

DAFA WindFoil 95 wind barrier

DAFA WindFoil 95 is used as a wind barrier in ventilated, lightweight outer wall cladding. DAFA WindFoil 95 may only be used behind cladding that prevents UV light penetration.

Material

DAFA WindFoil 95 is made of 3-layer foil with high tear strength and a waterproof special coating with UV and IR stabilizers that inhibit aging. DAFA WindFoil 95 has dotted lines on both sides marking 150 mm of overlap. The membrane is coated with a special anti-reflective coating and is vapor-permeable with an Sd value of approx. 0.02 m. The Sd value must be multiplied by a factor of approx. 5.7 to obtain the Z value.
